Executive Committee:
Gerhard Bedding, M.A., M.A.L.S., New Hampshire health activist and former science writer.
J. William Hirzy, Ph.D., EPA scientist and senior vice-president of the National Treasury Employees Union, Chapter 280, which is comprised of approximately 1500 scientists, lawyers, engineers and other professional employees at EPA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. After researching the issue, he and his union now officially oppose water fluoridation, and he has been active in efforts to reconcile the official position of the EPA, which does not oppose fluoridation, with the knowledge and wishes of his union members.
Ella Haley, Ph.D.(Sociology), Assistant Professor, Centre for Global and Social Analysis, Athabasca University. Research focus on fluoride contaminated communities near phosphate processing, and critiquing public inquries related to this.
Hardy Limeback, Ph.D., D.D.S, Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of Preventive Dentistry, University of Toronto; Past President of Canadian Dental Association. He is a practicing dentist and is also engaged in research involving fluoride and bone tissue as well as other aspects of fluoride toxicity in the human body.

Donald Hillman, Ph.D., Animal Science Professor Emeritus, Michigan State University. Academic expert on fluoride poisoning in animals as well as health effects of electromagnetic radiation.
Lennart Krook, D.V.M., Ph.D., Professor Emeritus, Cornell School of Veterinary Medicine. Preeminent authority on fluoride poisoning in large animals.
Peter Montague, Ph.D., Director of the Environmental Research Foundation and editor of Rachel's Environment & Health News
Pierre-Jean Morin, Ph.D. (Experimental medicine). Has taught medicine at Laval University in Quebec, and served as Director of Medical Research at Laval University Hospital. Has served as scientific advisor to the Environment Minister and Prime Minister of Quebec. Was a professional witness and scientific advisor in an important fluoridation trial in Houston. Co-author of more than 80 published articles, reports, books, or monographs in various questions of medical research, including key works on water fluoridation.
